This website and online store are operated by Khanschi Company Limited (“KHANSCHI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Throughout these Terms, the terms “you” and “your” refer to the customer, visitor, or user of our Services.
KHANSCHI operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to provide customers with a curated shopping experience (collectively, the “Services”). Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer the Services to you.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies referenced herein, govern your access to and use of the Services.
Please read these Terms carefully. They contain important information regarding your legal rights, obligations, warranties, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution.
By accessing, browsing, purchasing from, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you should not access or use the Services.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS, ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.
To use certain features of the Services or make a purchase, you may be required to provide information including your name, email address, billing information, payment information, and shipping address.
You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, complete, and that you have the legal right to provide such information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activities conducted through your account.
You may not sell, transfer, assign, or license your customer account to another person without our prior written consent.
We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or restrict access to the Services where reasonably necessary to protect KHANSCHI, our customers, our systems, or third parties, or where we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable law have been violated.
SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products as accurately as possible.
However, product colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device, lighting conditions, photography, manufacturing process, materials, finishes, and other factors.
Because jewelry may involve polishing, plating, engraving, finishing, assembly, and other production processes, minor variations that do not materially affect the product’s functionality or overall design may occur.
Where a product is personalized, engraved, made-to-order, or otherwise customized according to your specifications, the final product will be produced based on the information submitted or approved by you.
Product photographs, illustrations, digital previews, mockups, and renderings are intended to provide a reasonable representation of the product. They may not always reproduce the exact appearance, scale, color, texture, or finish of the physical product.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have where a product is defective, materially different from its description, or otherwise subject to mandatory consumer protection laws.
We may update product descriptions, specifications, availability, or pricing from time to time.
We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities available to a particular person, household, geographic region, or jurisdiction where permitted by law.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from KHANSCHI.
Receipt of an automated order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of your order. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance, begin processing or production, or dispatch the product, as applicable.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, pricing or inventory errors, product unavailability, shipping restrictions, suspected resale activity, or other legitimate business reasons.
If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, we will refund the applicable amount using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
Requests to modify or cancel an order should be made as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production, personalization, engraving, fulfillment, or shipping, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.
Personalized, engraved, customized, or made-to-order products may be subject to special cancellation and return restrictions as described in our Refund Policy and to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
Unless otherwise agreed by us in writing, products purchased through our retail store are intended for personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale.
SECTION 4 - PRICES, TAXES AND PAYMENT
Product prices, promotions, discounts, and availability may change without notice.
The price applicable to your purchase will generally be the price displayed at checkout when your order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors as permitted by applicable law.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed prices may not include shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by governmental authorities or third parties.
Any applicable charges collected directly by us will be displayed during checkout where possible.
For international shipments, you may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or similar charges imposed by the destination country, unless checkout or the applicable product page expressly states that such charges are included.
Prices displayed online may differ from prices available through other sales channels, marketplaces, retailers, promotions, or physical locations.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Payment processing may be performed by Shopify or other third-party payment providers. Your use of those payment services may also be subject to the relevant provider’s terms and privacy policies.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout or otherwise communicated to you where available.
All stated delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs inspections, weather conditions, public holidays, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses, governmental actions, and other unforeseen events.
KHANSCHI is not responsible for delays caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.
Ownership, responsibility, and risk of loss will transfer in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to transfer risk to you earlier than permitted under mandatory consumer protection laws.
If your shipment appears lost, materially delayed, or damaged during transit, please contact us so that we can investigate the matter with the carrier.
SECTION 6 - RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy.
Certain products, including personalized, engraved, customized, or made-to-order jewelry, may not be eligible for return or cancellation after production has started, except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective or materially different from what was ordered.
Nothing in our Refund Policy or these Terms limits any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and their contents, including our trademarks, trade names, logos, jewelry designs, product designs, photographs, graphics, illustrations, videos, text, website design, branding, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to KHANSCHI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may access and use the Services for lawful personal and non-commercial purposes.
Unless permitted by applicable law or expressly authorized by us in writing, you may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish, sell, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, or otherwise use our protected materials.
KHANSCHI names, logos, branding, product names, designs, and slogans may constitute trademarks or other protected intellectual property and may not be used without authorization.
Shopify’s trademarks and other third-party trademarks appearing through the Services remain the property of their respective owners.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any KHANSCHI intellectual property to you.
SECTION 8 - OPTIONAL AND THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
We may provide access to tools, applications, payment services, integrations, or other functionality supplied by third parties.
Such third-party services may be provided “as is” and “as available” and may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their independent acts, omissions, availability, or content except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
Your use of third-party tools is at your discretion and subject to the applicable third party’s terms.
SECTION 9 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain links to websites, applications, services, or resources operated by third parties.
We do not control those third parties and do not guarantee the accuracy, security, availability, or practices of their websites or services.
If you choose to access a third-party website or purchase products or services from a third party, your relationship with that third party may be governed by its own terms and policies.
Questions or disputes concerning third-party products or services should generally be directed to the relevant third party, except where KHANSCHI has obligations under applicable law.
SECTION 10 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Our online store is powered by Shopify.
Shopify provides technology and e-commerce infrastructure that enables us to operate our online store. Products purchased from our store are sold by KHANSCHI, not Shopify, unless expressly stated otherwise.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify is not responsible for the products sold by KHANSCHI or for disputes relating solely to transactions between KHANSCHI and its customers.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Because our store is powered by Shopify, certain personal information may also be processed by Shopify in accordance with Shopify’s applicable privacy practices.

SECTION 12 - REVIEWS, FEEDBACK AND USER CONTENT
If you voluntarily submit reviews, photographs, comments, suggestions, ideas, or other content to KHANSCHI (“User Content”), you represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you grant KHANSCHI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise use User Content for purposes related to operating, improving, marketing, and promoting KHANSCHI and the Services.
You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights you hold in your User Content.
You may not submit content that infringes third-party rights, is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, obscene, malicious, or contains harmful software.
Where required by law, you must disclose any compensation, free products, discounts, or other incentives received in connection with a review or endorsement.
We may remove User Content where we reasonably believe it violates these Terms or applicable law.
SECTION 13 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally, information available through the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, technical errors, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, inventory, or availability.
We reserve the right to correct such errors and update information.
Where permitted by applicable law, we may cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing, inventory, or technical error. If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, we will refund the applicable amount.
SECTION 14 - PROHIBITED USES
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes.
You may not use the Services to:
(a) violate applicable laws or regulations;
(b) infringe our intellectual property rights or the rights of others;
(c) transmit fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, threatening, abusive, or unlawful content;

(f) interfere with the security, operation, or integrity of the Services;
(g) collect personal information about other users without lawful authorization;
(h) send spam, phishing messages, or unauthorized commercial communications;

(j) scrape, crawl, copy, or systematically extract content from the Services in violation of applicable law or our rights;
(k) use the Services for fraudulent payment activity or other malicious purposes; or
(l) otherwise use the Services in a manner that could materially harm KHANSCHI, Shopify, our customers, or third parties.
We may restrict or terminate access to the Services where we reasonably determine that these Terms have been materially violated.

You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services where reasonably necessary, including where you materially violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity, threaten the security of the Services, or fail to pay amounts properly due.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective, including provisions relating to intellectual property, payment obligations, liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution.
SECTION 16 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
We aim to provide accurate information and reliable Services, but we cannot guarantee that the website or Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that may otherwise be implied by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
However, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection law.
This section does not affect any express product warranty separately provided by KHANSCHI.
SECTION 17 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KHANSCHI and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or savings, arising from your use of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
In particular, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that applicable law prohibits us from excluding.
Consumer rights and remedies provided by mandatory applicable law remain unaffected.
SECTION 18 - INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless KHANSCHI and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising directly from:
(a) your material breach of these Terms;
(b) your unlawful use of the Services;
(c) your infringement of a third party’s rights; or
(d) User Content submitted by you that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
This obligation does not apply to the extent that a claim results from KHANSCHI’s own unlawful conduct, negligence, or breach of its obligations.
SECTION 19 - SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court or other competent authority to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or, where necessary, severed from these Terms.
The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
SECTION 20 - WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to exercise or enforce a right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Services, subject to any additional terms expressly agreed between you and KHANSCHI.
Nothing in this section limits representations or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
SECTION 21 - ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent where such restriction is permitted by applicable law.
We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, sale of business or assets, or similar transaction, or to an affiliate, provided that doing so does not unlawfully reduce your rights as a consumer.
SECTION 22 - GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and any separate agreements under which we provide the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws, jurisdictional rights, or dispute-resolution rights applicable in your country or place of residence, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of protections or rights that cannot be waived under the mandatory laws applicable to that consumer.
SECTION 23 - INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
KHANSCHI may sell and ship products internationally.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered from our store may lawfully be imported into their destination country.
Customs procedures, duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage charges, and similar fees may apply depending on the destination and shipping method.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, such charges are the customer’s responsibility.
International customers may have additional mandatory rights under the laws of their country or region. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
SECTION 24 - CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, business practices, legal requirements, or other operational needs.
The current version will be published on this page.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.
Changes will apply from the effective date stated in the updated Terms or notice and will not retroactively remove rights that have already arisen unless permitted by applicable law.
